Dear Wolf Branch families and teachers:
The past year and a half has challenged and strengthened all of us. While it cancelled our plans and uprooted our routines, it also centered our attention on what's most important: our children, families, teachers, and traditions. Now, more than ever, your support and membership within the Wolf Branch Parent Teacher Committee are vital to the rejuvenation of the school events and events that make this school community so special.
Wolf Branch District 113 PTC welcomes interested parents of WB students regardless of age, race, abilities or backgrounds. Our WB PTC is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization, and all PTC fundraising revenues are used to directly benefit the students of Wolf Branch School. Your time and money make a huge difference to your child. All parents and teachers that attend meetings have voting privileges.
The WB PTC provides monthly programs for our children such as Family Movie Night, Birthday Books, and Grade Level Socials. We provide school-time activities for the children such as the Paw Pride Store, classroom holiday parties, Santa’s Cottage, and Pumpkin Day. We beautify the school during our Spring Flower Day, and we support the teachers during the Fall and Spring Staff Appreciation Weeks.
The WB PTC raises money through events like the Fall Festival, the Annual Auction, and the Color Run, in addition to other events. In years past, the WB PTC has donated OVER $80,000 to classrooms, teachers and extracurricular activities. By the end of this 2021-2022 school year, it is our goal to bring back the Teacher Grant Program, which will fund items and programs requested by WB classroom teachers.
In order to bring successful events to the Wolf Branch community and to give back to our students and teachers, we need your participation. Please consider volunteering for a PTC event and joining our monthly meetings. Wolf Branch alumni remember their Wolf Branch years and traditional school events forever. Just imagine how special these memories will be when they include YOU and your efforts to make everything possible!
Thank you for allowing me to serve as your PTC President this 2021-2022 school year. I look forward to supporting the students, teachers, and families for years to come.
Natalie Schultz, PTC President
